A 61-year-old woman died after being struck by a vehicle on Highway 202 near Santa Lucia Street.
Tehachapi, CA, May 12, 2022 — Kelly Jo Hanning has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on May 9 in Tehachapi.
