A 32-year-old El Monte motorcyclist died in a midnight collision on the 60 Freeway at Seventh Avenue.
Los Angeles County, CA, May 25, 2022 — Christopher Reyes has been identified by authorities as the victim in a two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle that occurred on May 25 in Hacienda Heights. Christopher Reyes, a 32-year-old El Monte resident, was involved in a collision on the 60 Freeway (aka the Pomona Freeway) with another vehicle under circumstances that have not been provided. However, information attributed to the California Highway Patrol, says that the crash happened on the west 60 Freeway near Seventh Avenue at roughly 12:05 a.m. in the Los Angeles County community of Hacienda Heights. Christopher Reyes tragically died at the scene. The CHP reportedly issued a SigAlert and closed down traffic lanes for about two hours. An investigation is reportedly ongoing.
