A 60-year-old Perris resident died when at least three vehicles collided on the 215 Freeway near Spruce Street and the 91 Freeway.
Riverside, CA, June 15, 2022 — Stephanie Beltran has been identified by authorities as the deceased victim in a collision that occurred on June 14 in Riverside. According to information attributed to the California Highway Patrol at least three vehicles collided on the 215 Freeway. Reports indicate that the location was on the northbound side near the 91 Freeway and Spruce Street. One vehicle in the crash was reportedly on the southbound side of the free however. The vehicles involved reportedly included a Ford, a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and possibly, a Chevrolet Suburban. First responders arrived but Stephanie Beltran tragically died at the scene from her injuries. No information has been provided regarding any other injuries. A SigAlert was issued and two lanes were closed to aid with an investigation. The CHP is handling the case.
