Fatal Car Accident on State Route 97A in Entiat
Entiat, WA. – A tragic car accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, claiming the life of 70-year-old Sylvia Harrison. The collision took place around 1:37 p.m. on State Route 97A at milepost 208.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Sharon Wilson, 77, from Cashmere, was driving a gray 2018 Subaru Forester southbound. She crossed the center line and collided with a northbound white 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe, driven by 68-year-old Stephen Harrison from Sammamish.
Sylvia Harrison, a passenger in the Hyundai, was pronounced dead at the scene. Both Stephen Harrison and Sharon Wilson sustained injuries and were transported to Central Washington Hospital for treatment.
