A 37-year-old man died when a gasoline tanker and an SUV collided on the 10 Freeway in an early-morning crash.
San Dimas, CA, May 7, 2022 — Cesar Robleto Duarte has been identified by authorities as the victim in a collision involving a big-rig truck and an SUV that occurred on June 6 in San Dimas. Cesar Robleto Duarte, 37, was present when a tanker truck hauling 80,000 pounds of gasoline collided with an SUV. According to information attributed to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicles collided at about 2:55 a.m. on 10 Freeway (San Bernardino Freeway) at about 2:55 a.m. First-responders arrive but sadly the crash proved to be fatal for Cesar Robleto. Reports indicated that the there was not a gasoline leak thoug a SigAlert was called at 3:13 a.m. and most lanes were closed for a time. Few other details, including whether or not there were any other injuries, have been provided. However, reports indicate that an investigation is ongoing.
