Bicyclist Injured in Stevens County Accident on SR-231
A 53-year-old bicyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a car on Tuesday afternoon in Stevens County, Washington.
The accident occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. on State Route 231, near milepost 50. According to the Washington State Patrol, the bicyclist was traveling northbound along the southbound shoulder and attempted to cross the road. At that moment, a northbound Chevy Malibu struck him.
