Arthur Daugherty Accident; Killed in Fremont Pedestrian Collision

A 67-year-old local resident was fatally struck by a vehicle at Mission Boulevard and the Sullivan Overpass.

Fremont, CA, May 2, 2022 — Arthur Daugherty has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on May 21 in Fremont. Arthur Daugherty, a 67-year-old local resident, was crossing Mission Boulevard at the Sullivan Overpass shortly before 12:15 a.m., when he was fatally struck by a vehicle. According to information attributed to the Fremont Police Department, the driver stopped at the scene and called 911.
