Turlock, CA, June 10, 2022 — Michelle Mims has been identified by authorities as the victim in an apparent hit-and-run collision that occurred on June 9 in Turlock. According to information attributed to the California Highway Patrol, 42-year-old local resident Michelle Mims was found dead by officers at about 7:00 a.m. at West Main Street and South Morgan Road. A hit-and-run driver is believed to be responsible for the woman’s death. Authorities say they do not currently have a description of the suspect vehicle.
