Scott Kennedy has obtained verdicts and settlements in excess of 60 million dollars for clients in cases involving automobile accidents, defective products, construction accidents, railroad accidents, burn injuries, brain injuries and premises liability. After graduating from Williams College in Massachusetts and receiving his law degree from University of Nebraska College of Law, Mr. Kennedy returned to Southern California where he has focused over the last 26 years representing seriously injured victims in high stakes litigation matters.

Mr. Kennedy has significant experience in jury trials and has obtained large verdicts and settlements for severely injured clients in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. He began his career at Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire before working as senior trial counsel for several firms in Los Angeles and San Diego. Mr. Kennedy has been associated with designated legal counsel for several railroad labor unions where he handles injury, FELA and whistleblowers cases in California for railroad employees. Mr. Kennedy is currently a Senior Trial Counsel with Burg & Brock.

Mr. Kennedy was born and raised in San Diego and was a three year varsity letterman in football and baseball at Williams College from 1986 to 1989. He enjoys his free time reading, playing golf and hanging out with his wife, Audrey and daughter, Sara.
