Prize Rules:
- No purchase necessary.
- All contest entries become property of Attorney Cameron Yadidi Brock and Law offices of Burg & Brock,Inc.
- Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted.
- All winners must be legal California residents and at least 18 years of age.
- Only one winner per household.
- Only one entry per individual. Multiple entries will be voided.
- After winning a prize valued over $100, winner will not be eligible to win any other prizes from Law offices of Burg & Brock,Inc. for 1 year and will receive a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize.
- All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the date won or will be forfeited.
- Winners will be asked to provide proof of age, residency, identity, social security number, and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release.
- Law offices of Burg & Brock,Inc., Cameron Yadidi, any of employees or affiliates of Law offices of Burg & Brock,Inc. and their advertising and promotional agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, loss or injury resulting from, participating in, acceptance, or use of the prize.
- By participating in any contest and accepting any prize, entrants authorize Law offices of Burg & Brock,Inc. and Cameron Yadidi Brock to use their names, voices, likeness, biographical data and city and state of residence for promotional reasons and winners’ list with no further compensation.
- Employees of Law offices of Burg & Brock,Inc. are not eligible.
- Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification.
