Zack Coulter, a 26-year-old resident of Delhi, has been identified by authorities as the deceased in an automotive collision that occurred on September 13 in Oakdale. Mr. Coulter was driving a Honda northward on Albers Road prior to 6:30 a.m. and the car was allegedly driving at an excessive speed when it struck a Saturn from behind past Warnerville Road. The car then reportedly went out of control and was struck by a third car, a Ford, from the front. Mr. Coulter died at the scene and the person driving the Ford was seriously injured and hospitalized. The Saturn’s driver was less seriously injured. Witnesses are being by the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department.
