Vincent Fisher II had been identified by authorities as the victim in an alleged DUI multi-vehicle motorcycle collision that took place in Pittsburg on February 9. Mr. Fisher, a 29-year-old Antioch resident, was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle at roughly 2:00 a.m. at or near the intersection of Highway 4 and Bailey Road. Just prior, there had been a collision between a Toyota and a Volkswagen at the crossing, which Mr. Fisher collided with. The man was ejected from the bike, dying from his injuries. A 20-year old man who was driving the Toyota was also injured. The other driver, 59-year-old Tony Moss of Antioch, was allegedly under the influence and was arrested and charged with a felony DUI. The tragic mishap is being investigated.
