Victor Herrera has been reported dead by authorities after an alleged hit-and-run driver struck him, with an apparent deliberate intention. Mr. Herrera apparently took his daughter home and returned quickly to the scene, where Mr. Hor’s car allegedly struck and killed him. The event was reportedly witnessed by members of Herrera’s family. Mr. Hor was apprehended after allegedly trying to evade authorities and crashing into a parked automobile. He is currently facing a murder charge. The incident occurred on September 8 at roughly 11:00 in the evening.
