Timothy Starkey has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that took place in Los Gatos on December 16. Mr. Starkey, a 66-year-old Santa Cruz resident, was struck by a vehicle prior to 11:40 a.m. near a local elementary school located on Blossim Hill Road. Mr. Starkey died at the scene. The automobile’s driver, Jenny Higgins Bradanini, who is currently a candidate for the San Jose City Council reportedly stopped and was cooperative with local authorities. Los Gatos police are investigating the accident and seeking witnesses.
