A 58-year-old local resident died after being struck by a vehicle at North Valencia Avenue and East Highland Avenue.
San Bernardino, CA, January 28, 2022 — Timothy Orwig has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on January 24 in San Bernardino.
