Timothy Faulk has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian accident that occurred on June 29 in Brentwood. Mr. Faulk, an 63-year-old resident of Berkeley, was reportedly in a sleeping bag in the vicinity of Brentwood Boulevard and Harvest Park Drive prior to about 10:15 p.m.. A driver, described a 31-year-old male local resident, was nearing the man and apparently said he mistook the sleeping bag for a tarp. After running the man over the driver stopped, authorities say. First-responders declared the man dead at the scene.
We extend our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the victim during this difficult time.
