Gardena, CA, December 3, 2020 — Thomas Cary Davis Jr. has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a vehicular collision that occurred on December 2 in Gardena. Thomas Davis Jr., a 64-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck on Van Ness Avenue prior to 10:30 a.m. The Gardena Police Department says that the truck struck another vehicle from the rear. A third car may have been involved in the collision as well. First-responders reportedly took the gravely injured driver to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center but he tragically died from his injuries.
