Thi Huynh, 97, has been identified by authorities as the victim in a San Jose collision that occurred on December 8. Ms. Huynh was present in a Honda Accord shortly after 11:00 a.m. when the car attempted a U-turn on South Jackson Avenue and was struck by a Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV. Ms. Huynh and four others, including the driver of the SUV, were all taken for medical care. Ms. Huynh died from her injuries shortly afterward. The incident is currently under investigation.
