Teesha Lorae McCarley has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on March 23 in Anderson. Ms. McCarley, a 45-year-old resident of Corning was at the crossing of Alexander Avenue and Highway 273 near the 5 Freeway at roughly 3:00 a.m. when she was hit by a vehicle.
