Stephen Velador Jr. has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a compact car vs. tractor-trailer truck collision that occurred on January 27 in Moorpark. Mr. Velador was in a car heading west on the portion of the 118 Highway that is also referred to as Los Angeles Avenue. Reportedly there was a collision which resulted in the compact auto becoming trapped underneath the trailer. The driver reportedly died at the scene of the tragic incident. He was 30-years-old and a resident of Moorpark.
