Salvador Mejia has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that took place on April 4 in Sacramento. Mr. Mejia, 80-years-old, was reportedly walking across the street at the corner of Todhunter Avenue and Sacramento at some time prior to 6:00 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle.
