Ronnie Bevell has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred in Norco on October 31 in Temecula. Mr. Bevell, a 59-year-old local resident, was reportedly walking a bicycle on the Interstate 15 prior to 9:00 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle and died at the scene.
