Rogelio Gallegos has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a truck collision involving multiple vehicles that occurred in Irwindale on February 12. Mr. Gallegos was driving a large semi truck on the 605 Freeway at around 5:00 p.m. when a car changed lanes and moved in front of the truck. The truck turned over and was then hit by another automobile, eventually crashing into a curb. Mr. Gallegos a 43-year-old Hesperia resident, reportedly perished at the scene. The drivers of the cars were unhurt. The incident is currently being investigated.
