Rick Artes and Mike Hollinrake have been identified as victims in an August 3 collision. Artes, a 60 year-old La Habra resident and Hollinrake, 48, were involved in a head-on collision on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). The accident, near Trancas Avenue Road, reportedly occurred a little bit after the noon hour. The collision involved two vehicles, with one driving over a center divider into oncoming traffic. At this time, it is unknown which driver was in which vehicle and an investigation is underway.
