Richard Green has been identified by authorities as the victim of an alleged hit-and-run pedestrian collision that occurred on October 31 in Modesto. Mr. Green was reportedly walking on Crows Landing Road in Modesto shortly after 3:00 in the morning, when he was struck by a vehicle that has not been named. The driver and the vehicle reportedly fled the scene shortly thereafter. The Modesto California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the tragic incident and asking the public for assistance. Mr. Green was 32 years-old.
