Reynaldo Martinez has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that took that took place in Culver City on November 3. Mr. Martinez, a 60-year-old local resident, was crossing Washington Place near Frances Avenue at approximately 1:45 a.m. when he was struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle fled the area and left the fatally injured Mr. Martinez. First responders attempted to help the man, but he died at the scene.
