23 year old Raul Silva-Chavez was identified as the victim of a multi vehicle accident at Palm Drive and 20th Avenue.
Desert Hot Springs, CA, November 2, 2020 – On Monday afternoon around the area of Palm drive and 20th avenue of Desert Hot Springs, Raul Silva-Chavez of Cathedral City was involved in a car accident that involved five vehicles. Reported time of the accident is 12:15 PM. Riverside County Fire Department responded to the seen of fatal accident as one of the cars was in flames. Mr. Silva-Chaves was injured in the accident and transferred to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment where he unfortunately passed away. Accident is under investigation and no further detail is provided by authorities at this point.
