Philip Davis has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a multivehicle collision that occurred on May 29 in La Mirada. Mr. Davis, age 64, was one of two individuals pulled from the fiery wreakage of a four-vehicle collision that included a Toyota Tundra pickup and a Dodge Challenger sedan. The tragic incident occurred at Imperial Highway and 1st Avenue. Both Mr. Davis and the other person died at the scene. Two other individuals were taken to area medical centers for treatment. The deadly crash remains under investigation.
