Paul Tynan has been identified by authorities as the victim in a collision involving a semi truck that occurred at March Air Reserve Base in Riverside County on October 7. Mr. Tynan, an 53-year-old Moreno Valley resident, was in a vehicle that collided with semi-truck that apparently jackknifed at about 7:28 a.m. at Meridian Parkway in the vicinity of the Riverside National Cemetery. First-responders attempted to help the man but he tragically died at the scene before 8:00 a.m. The deadly crash remains under investigation to determine fault.
