Los Angeles, CA, December 7, 2020 — Patrick Galstians has been identified by authorities as the victim in a solo collision that occurred on December 6 in Downtown Los Angeles. Patrick Galstians, a 31-year-old resident of La Crescenta was driving a vehicle in the vicinity of the intersection of 5th Street and Wall Street at approximately 3:00 a.m. when, for reasons that have not been provided, reports indicate that his vehicle went of the road and crashed into a fire hydrant. The driver died at the scene. An investigation is ongoing presumably by the Los Angeles Police Department.
