Santa Ana, CA, December 14, 2020 — Nanci Perea Rosales has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on December 13 in Santa Ana. Nanci Rosales, age 69, was on First Street when she was struck by a vehicle for an unknown reason prior to 7:15 p.m. First-responders arrived but the victim died at the scene.
