Mirko Malobabich has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a rollover accident that took place in San Luis Obispo on January 18. Mr. Malobabich, a 31-year-old Newhall resident, was driving 1998 Encore M-151 jeep on Huasna Road and Sausalito Creek Road on what was reportedly private property when the vehicle overturned, allegedly due to a dangerous steering motion. The driver was killed but three other individuals were injured but were all expected to survive. The injured were Martinique Rowden, a 31-year-old Newhall resident; Garrett Fairchild, a 30-year-old Valencia resident, and Emily White, a 22-year-old Santa Clarita resident.
