Milton Myoung has been identified by authorities as a pedestrian who died after being trapped underneath big-rig semi truck in Pinole. Mr. Brewster, a 35 year-old resident of Alameda, was struck by the vehicle at Appian Way and San Pablo Avenue. Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene. The driver of the truck reportedly stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. The tragic incident, however, is still under investigation.
