Michael Kingsley has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred July 19 in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco. Mr. Kingsley, 53-years-old, was in or near the intersection of Bayshore Boulevard and Jerrold Avenue at about 12:00 p.m. when he was struck and killed by a car which failed to stop. Nifo Ufau, 21, the alleged driver of the car that killed Mr. Kingsley, reportedly turned himself into authorities and was arrested on multiple charges, including hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter. Authorities allege the driver was speeding at the time of the tragic collision. The San Francisco Police Department is investigating and seeking out witnesses and anonymous tips.
