Matthew Izzo has been identified by authorities as the victim in a motorcycle collision that occurred on April 27 in Torrance. Mr. Izzo was riding a motorcycle on Sepulveda Boulevard in the vicinity of Kent Avenue shortly after 9:30 a.m. when a Ford auto entered traffic and collided with the motorcycle.
