Maria Lourdes Mora Dead following Victorville Three-Vehicle Accident
Maria Lourdes Mora has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a three-vehicle collision that occurred on August 17 in Victorville. Ms. Mora, a 50-year-old Adelanto resident, was driving a Honda Civic on Village Drive heading towards Llanada Road at about 11:50 a.m. When she arrived at Llanada, her car collided with an older Honda. At that point a truck belonging the City of Victorville also became involved in the accident when one of the two cars collided with it. Ms. Mora was taken by first responders to Victor Valley Global Medical Center where she sadly died. The male driver of the other car was also taken for treatment though the degree of the injuries is not clear. The driver of the truck was apparently not injured. The Victorville Police Department is investigating the accident and seeking witnesses.
