Marco Aguilar, Nicholas Cahill, Clinton Jellsey, and Daniel Smith – all from Riverside – have been identified by authorities as the deceased in a two-vehicle collision that occurred on the morning of October 23. A driver who was allegedly under the influence was in the process of making a left turn from Van Buren Boulevard onto 56th Street in Jurupa Valley, when the vehicle instead with into the opposite lane as the vehicle went out of control. The young men were in their early twenties: Daniel Smith and Nicholas Cahilll were 20, Marco Aguilar was 23, and Clinton Jellsey was 25. The driver, who authorities say was driving while under the influence of alcohol, has been hospitalized with serious injuries.
