Authorities have identified Manuel Michael Luna as the man killed in an accident involving a big rig and a sedan driven by Mr. Luna in Golden Valley. Mr. Luna was driving northbound in a sedan on Highway 14, when he collided with a big rig that was parked on the shoulder of the highway. Although the investigation into the accident is still ongoing, authorities have not yet ruled out drugs, alcohol, or excessive speed as factors.
