Louis Walton Jr has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian accident that occurred on June 1 in Modesto. Mr. Walton, a 37-year-old local resident, was apparently in a crawling position on Highway 99 at approximately 4:30 a.m. when he was hit and killed by three vehicles.
