Livier Ruvalcaba has been identified by authorities as primary victim of a deadly collision on Monday, July 30, that occurred at roughly 12:30 in the morning. Ruvalcaba was in the front passenger seat when a Toyota Tundra truck hit a tree in the City of Westminster in San Bernardino County. Reportedly, the driver was driving through an intersection and then careened off the street. The driver and another passenger were injured in the incident. The incident is being investigated by the County Sheriff’s department. The department is requesting that anyone with information about the collision call Deputy Anthony Ortega at 909-364-2000.
