A motorcyclist struck a 51-year-old older woman in an alleged hit-and-run fatality.
Riverside, CA, October 11, 2021 — Lisa Cullinan has been identified by authorities as the victim in an alleged hit-and-run motorcycle and pedestrian collision that occurred on October 8 in Riverside.
