Linda Kimball Dead in Oxnard Pedestrian Accident

Linda Kimball has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on September 23 in Oxnard.  Ms. Kimball was crossing Oxnard Boulevard at the intersection with Ash Street prior to 9:45 p.m. using the crosswalk when she was hit by a vehicle described as a minivan. The 70-year-old woman was taken by first-responders to Ventura County Medical Center but later passed away from her injuries. The driver of the vehicle, a 54-year-old male reportedly  stopped and cooperated with authorities. An investigation is underway.
