Lillian Renee Speed and Reshawn Coleman have been identified by authorities as two of the deceased in a tragic collision that took place on November 1 in Santa Clarita. A van carrying Ms. Speed, 41, and 12 year-old Reshawn Coleman were in a van that traveling on the 5 Freeway at what authorities say is was an excessive speed. The van slammed into a big-rig truck, a Freightliner, which was parked on the freeway shoulder. The van and the truck were both on fire, and four people died as a result. Authorities say that the incident is a possible DUI and currently under investigation.
