Kevin Brown has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a single-car collision that occurred on January 12 in Cathedral City. Mr. Brown was reportedly driving on 110 interstate when he collided with a guard rail. Mr. Brown was imprisoned in his car when first responder arrived, but he apparently perished at the scene. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident. Mr. Brown, a resident of Cathedral City, was 51.
