Juan De La Rosa has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that took place in Riverside on January 28. Mr. De La Rosa, 32, was in the intersection of Eastridge Avenue and Sycamore Canyon Boulevard prior to 5:50 a.m. when a Honda Accord reportedly went through a green light and struck the man.
