Joseph Fodor has been named by authorities as the deceased in a fatal collision that occurred in Cerritos on December 2. Mr. Fodor, a 55-year-old resident of Brea, was riding his 2002 Honda motorcycle on the 91 Freeway prior to 2:30 a.m. on December 2. Sometime before, a 1995 Acura Integra is driven by Bryanna Neri, a 22-year-old Fullerton resident, reportedly went out of control and collided with a Tesla Model 3 driven by 39-year-old Lake Elsinore resident Marlon Choyce. Mr. Fodor’s Honda motorbike then collided with the Integra belonging to Ms. Neri. The motorcyclist was thrown from his vehicle and died. An additional vehicle drove 37-year-old Buena Park resident Christine Nauta also collided with the Acura. Ms. Neri was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence. Reports indicate that the late Mr. Fodor was the only person harmed in the crash.
