Jose Navarro has been named by authorities as the victim of a collision that occurred during the late afternoon of Sunday, September 9. Mr. Navarro was driving his Harley Davidson on Highway 180 in Sanger, California when his vehicle collided with a stopped Honda Civic, which was then pushed into a third vehicle. The other drivers were Efrain Cervantes, 42, and Milan Candelario, 70 who are reportedly unharmed. The force of the collision caused Mr. Navarro to be ejected and killed. Authorities are currently investigating the reasons for the collision.
