
A cargo truck reportedly struck a stalled call on the 118 Freeway in Los Angeles as the driver attempted to change a tire, killing a 44-year-old individual and seriously injuring two others.
Los Angeles, CA, January 25 — Jose Mora has been identified by authorities as the deceased victim in a collision that occurred on January 24 in Mission Hills, a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. According to information attributed to the Los Angeles Fire Department and the California Highway Patrol, the incident began and the driver of a car pulled over on the 118 Freeway (aka the Ronald Reagan Freeway). As the driver of the car attempted to change a tire, authorities say a vehicle described as a white cargo truck, collided with the stationary vehicle, harming three individuals, 44-year-old Jose Mora, who died as a result, and two other men who were seriously hurt and taken for treatment by first-responders.
