Jorge Lizarraga has been identified by authorities as one of two deceased in a single-vehicle accident that occurred on July 29 in Baldwin Park. Mr. Lizarraga, an 18-year-old local resident was in a vehicle driving at what authorities allege was a very high rate of speed with an unidentified male in his 20s. At about 8:00 p.m, the car went off the road and collided with a tree near the intersection of Baldwin Park Boulevard at La Rica Avenue. The two young men were reportedly trapped in the wreckage and both died at the scene. The case remains under investigation.
