Los Angeles, CA, December 3, 2020 — Jeun Chu Ham has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Westlake on November 23. Ronald Waldamar Jo-Jlux, who often goes by the name of Ronald Lux, is being sought in connection with the case. Jeun Chu Ham, 76, was crossing at the intersection of Miramar Street at Union Avenue prior to 6:00 a.m. when she was struck and then allegedly dragged for 15 feet by a vehicle described as a four-door Toyota Corolla from the 2000s, tan or gold in color. It is also believed to be missing hubcap on the driver’s side and it may also have aftermarket black rims. The Los Angeles Police Department also alleges that Ronald Lux did not stop or attempt to help the victim. They that they believe the suspect is living in his car. The investigation by the LAPD continues. The City of Los Angeles offers a standing reward of $50,000 in fatal hit-and-run cases.
